经骶2髂骨螺钉内固定治疗骶骨骨折病例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经骶2髂骨(S2AI)螺钉内固定在临床治疗骶骨骨折病例中的疗效。方法回顾性分析应用S2AI螺钉内固定技术治疗的15例骶骨骨折患者的临床资料,记录患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后影像学以及骨折愈合情况。结果手术平均时间130 min;术中平均出血量500 ml,术后无神经、血管损伤并发症病例。通过术后X线片和CT观察S2AI螺钉内固定位置良好,随访12~24个月,患者均恢复正常行走,无内固定断裂以及失散病例,复查骨折愈合良好。结论S2AI螺钉内固定治疗骶骨骨折具有手术损伤小,时间短,并发症少等优点,患者可早期离床活动防止长期卧床并发症的发生。是值得临床推广的治疗方法。Objective To discuss the efficacy of sacral fractures treated by internal fixation with second sacral alar-iliac(S2AI)screws.methods The clinical data of 15 patients with sacral fractures treated with S2AI screw internal fixation were retrospectively analyzed,and the operation time,amount of intraoperative hemorrhage,postoperative imaging and fracture healing were recorded.Results The operation time was 130 min and the amount of intraoperative hemorrhage was 500 ml.There was no complication of nerve and blood vessel injury after operation.According to postoperative X-ray film and CT observation,position of S2AI screw internal fixation was good,followed up for 12-24 months,patients recovered to normal walking,no internal fixation fracture and loss cases.The fracture healing was good.Conclusion S2AI screw internal fixation has the advantages of less surgical damage,shorter operation time,and fewer complications in the treatment of sacral fractures.Patients can get out of bed early to prevent long-term bedridden complications.It is a treatment method worthy of clinical promotion.
