摘  要:为了推广碲化镉薄膜电池在建筑中的应用,介绍了光伏建筑一体化(BIPV)的概念、碲化镉薄膜电池的研究现状和产业化状况,分析了碲化镉薄膜电池的技术特点,并以某综合能源生产调度研发中心为例,提出了基于碲化镉薄膜电池的BIPV方案,并介绍了该方案的供电策略及电力系统设计、材料及安装节点和预期效益。该方案兼顾了建筑美观性和功能性,实现了从被动节能到主动发电的绿色建筑理念,每年可节约标煤101.93 t,减少CO2排放254.1 t,具有良好的示范意义。In order to promote the application of CdTe thin film battery in construction, the concept of building integrated photovoltaic(BIPV) and the current research status and progress of CdTe thin film battery is introduced, the technical characteristics of CdTe thin film battery are analyzed, and a BIPV scheme based on CdTe thin film battery is proposed, taking the comprehensive energy building as an example. The scheme takes into account the beauty and functionality of the building,and realizes the green building concept from passive energy saving to active power generation. It can save 101.93 tons of standard coal and 254.1 tons of carbon dioxide emission every year, which has good demonstration significance.
