摘  要:为了解决HF特钢公司供中频炉高压变压器功率因数低、无功功率大、供电公司持续罚款的问题,经过对现场的联合调研和无功补偿量的计算,决定就地安装1套高压并联电容器装置,用于补偿无功功率。在安装完成并投入使用以后,通过对比改造前的数据,发现功率因数提高到0.95以上,月均减免力率考核罚款2万元,月均获得力率考核奖励5 000元,同时综合电耗下降约6%。该项目取得了良好的社会和经济效益。In order to solve the problems of low power factor, high reactive power and continuous fine of power supply company of HF special steel company for medium frequency furnace high-voltage transformer, through the joint investigation on site and calculation of reactive compensation amount, it is decided to install a set of high-voltage shunt capacitor device on site to compensate reactive power. After the installation is completed and put into use, by comparing the data before the transformation, it is found that the power factor is increased to more than 0.95, the average monthly penalty of power rate assessment was reduced by 20 000 yuan, and the power rate assessment reward was 5 000 yuan per month. At the same time,the comprehensive power consumption decreased by about 6%. The project has achieved good social and economic benefits.
