摘　　要：通过文献分析等方法,建立了以公众抗议形式、地方区位、新老媒体互动、互联网动员为内容的研究框架。使用fsQCA方法,对政府选择退让型工具的原因进行了分析。获得了政府选择退让型工具的两种组合,提出公众抗议形式、互联网动员的组合是政府选择退让型工具的主要原因。最后,针对政府选择退让型工具的组合,给出了拓宽网络参与渠道、畅通和提高渠道效率的措施。Through documentary analysis and other methods,this paper establishes a research framework of public protest forms,local location,Interaction between new media and traditional media and Internet mobilization.Using Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis,this paper analyzes the reasons why the government chooses the concession tool.Two kinds of combination of the government's choice of concession tool are obtained,and the combination of public protest forms and Internet mobilization is the main reason for the government to choose the concession tool.Finally,according to the combination of concession tool selected by the government,the measures to broaden the network participation channels and improve the channel efficiency are given.
