摘　　要：通过对新版《湿陷性黄土地区建筑标准》GB50025-2018的解读,结合笔者湿陷性黄土地区建筑设计的实践经验,本文明确了几种特殊情况下防护距离的确定及检漏地沟的设置;提出了湿陷性黄土地区特殊建筑(构筑物)的分类建议,并对地下储水构筑物的防护措施、基础做法和湿陷性黄土地区海绵城市设计要点进行了分析。Based on the interpretation of the new edition of"Building Standards for Collapsible Loess Areas"GB50025-2018,combined with the author's practical experience in architectural design for collapsible loess areas,this article clarifies the determination of protection distances and the setting of leak detection trench in several special cases;proposes classification recommendations for special buildings(structures)in collapsible loess areas,and analyzes the protective measures,basic practices of underground water storage structures,and the design points of sponge cities in collapsible loess areas.
