摘 要:随着近年来科学技术以及经济社会的快速发展,产品轻量化的需求日益增加,为铝合金材料的发展提供了良机,促进铝合金焊接方面的研究也不断地深入。相应的,铝合金的焊接也存进了焊接技术的革新,而激光电弧复合焊接以两种热源复合发挥各自优点的特色广泛应用到铝合金的焊接。本文重点研究焊接速度对焊缝成形——熔深、熔宽的影响,实验表明,随着焊接速度的增加,熔深变浅,熔宽变窄,在一定的输出功率下小焊接速度更有利于焊缝成形。With the rapid development of science and technology and the economy and society in recent years,the demand for lightweight products is increasing,which provides a good opportunity for the development of aluminum alloy materials and promotes the research of aluminum alloy welding.Correspondingly,the welding of aluminum alloys also contains the innovation of welding technology,and the laser arc hybrid welding is widely used in the welding of aluminum alloys with the characteristics of the combination of two heat sources and their respective advantages.This article focuses on the study of the influence of welding speed on weld formation-penetration depth and penetration width.Experiments show that with the increase of welding speed,penetration depth becomes shallower and penetration width becomes narrower,so at a certain output power,the small welding speed becomes more conducive to weld formation.
