金顶侧耳菌菇多糖提取工艺对比分析

摘  要:采用了碱提取法、水提法以及复合酶提取法,对3中提取方法进行对比分析,从而找出多糖提取的最佳工艺,通过时间、温度、固液比以及乙醇用量4个影响金顶侧耳(Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing.)菌菇多糖提取的因素进行对比。最终说明,提取多糖率最高的方法为复合酶提取法,其与其他两种提取方法相比,具有较短的工艺时间;其次就提取率而言,就是碱提取法,最后是水提法。其中水提法消耗的时间以及工艺最多。因此,以工业成本为前,碱提取法在工业生产中具有较高的使用率。Using alkaline extraction,water extraction and compound enzyme extraction,the three extraction methods were compared and analyzed to find the best process for polysaccharide extraction.The four effect factors of extracting polysaccharide from Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing.were compared,including time,temperature,solid-to-liquid ratio and ethanol dosage.Finally,the method with the highest extraction rate of polysaccharides is the compound enzyme extraction method,which has a shorter process time compared with the other two extraction methods;secondly,in terms of extraction rate,it is the alkaline extraction method,and finally the water extraction method.Among them,the water extraction method consumes the most time and process.Therefore,based on industrial cost,the alkaline extraction method has a higher utilization rate in industrial production.
