摘　　要：江苏省农民用水协会发展迅速,协会发展的难点从组建转向了运行,数量众多的新增协会急需运行经验指导,为了促进省内农民用水协会可持续发展,解决运行难点,形成引导效应,对示范协会进行成功经验总结是有必要的。Jiangsu Province Farmer Water Association has developed rapidly.The difficulty of the development of the association has changed from establishment to operation.A large number of new associations urgently need operating experience and guidance.In order to promote the sustainable development of the Farmer Water Association,it is necessary to solve operational difficulties,form a guiding effect,and summarize successful experience of the association.
