摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国建筑行业有着空前的发展,而传统建筑模式近些年暴露出来的问题引起了国家和社会的广泛关注。为谋求更绿色环保的建筑方式,装配式建筑这一新的建筑模式逐渐出现在大家的视野中。近些年来,我国加大投资研发力度,在装配式建筑领域逐步完善了相关的技术,加上国家大力经济扶持,各地政府积极响应国家号召,鼓励当地建筑行业从业者积极转型新型建筑,标志我国进入来装配式建筑发展的新时期。本文阐述了装配式建筑在国内的发展历程、国内现状、较传统建筑的优势、社会影响力、政府出台的推广措施和未来发转趋势。Since the reform and opening-up,China's construction industry has made unprecedented development,and the problems exposed in the traditional construction mode in recent years have aroused widespread concern of the state and society.In order to seek a greener and more environment-friendly building mode,the new building mode of prefabricated building gradually appears in everyone's field of vision.In recent years,China has increased investment in research and development,gradually improved related technologies in the field of prefabricated buildings,and with strong economic support from the state,local governments have actively responded to the call of the state and encouraged local construction industry practitioners to actively transform new buildings,marking China's entry into a new period of prefabricated building development.This paper expounds the development history,current situation,advantages over traditional buildings,social influence,promotion measures issued by the government and future development trend of prefabricated buildings in China.
