摘  要:本文在发动机台架上同时安装了三种排放测试设备,并在不同的NOx排放水平下和不同的路谱下,分别进行了测试对比试验,试验结果表明,PEMS设备493在NOx浓度测量和废气质量流量的测量上都与参考值有一定偏差,因而最终排放计算结果也有偏差,而采用NOx传感器结合ECU数据流计算得到的排放值,和参考值的偏差可能会更大一些,但和PEMS设备的测量结果差别不大,具有参考性。In this paper,three types of emission test equipment were installed on the engine bench at the same time,and the test comparison tests were carried out under different NOx emission levels and different road spectra.The test results showed that the PEMS device 493 was used for NOx concentration measurement and exhaust gas The mass flow measurement has a certain deviation from the reference value,so the final emission calculation result also has a deviation.The emission value calculated by using the NOx sensor combined with the ECU data stream may have a greater deviation from the reference value,but it is different from the PEMS equipment The measurement results are not much different and are of reference.
