摘 要:采用热熔压敏胶涂覆于橡胶止水带上制得自粘型橡胶止水带,考察了涂胶厚度、熔胶时间、施工环境温度以及表面处理方式对自粘型橡胶止水带剥离强度的影响。结果表明,6 mm、8 mm、10 mm厚橡胶止水带的涂胶厚度分别宜为1.7 mm、2.0 mm、2.3 mm;熔胶时间应控制在2.5 h以内;在实验室模拟施工环境,其中水泥、泥砂、浸水处理对剥离强度影响均较小,热老化处理后剥离强度有所降低,但依然在3.5 N/mm以上;施工环境温度在23℃左右时剥离强度最佳`。Self-adhesive rubber water-stop is formed by coating hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive on the surface of rubber water-stop.The influence of coating thickness,melting time,ambient temperature and surface treatment on peeling strength of self-adhesive rubber water-stop are investigated.The results show that the coating thickness of 6 mm,8 mm and 10 mm thick rubber water-stop should be about 1.7 mm,2.0 mm and 2.3 mm;the melting time should be controlled within 2.5 h;and the ambient temperature should be around 23℃,so the peeling strength value is the best.In the laboratory simulate the construction environment,the influence of cement,sediment and soaking treatment on the peeling strength is small,while the peeling strength after heat aging treatment is reduced but it is still above 3.5 N/mm.
