摘  要:文中介绍了LNG接收站压力管道的特点及检验检测技术难点,常规检验方法的局限性,提出了采用基于风险的检验检测方法,结合现有的检验检测技术方法开展检验工作;通过对基于风险的检验技术特点进行分析,能够实现对LNG接收站压力管道的风险评价;并针对LNG接收站管道壁厚检测和焊缝埋藏缺陷检测,提出2种典型的检测方法,从原理、适用性、有效性等方面进行了分析;认为现有的检验检测方法能够实现LNG管道检验检测工作,但仍有一定局限性,需要研究更有效的检测方法。This paper introduced the characteristics,the technical difficulties of inspection and detection,the limitations of conventional inspection methods of pressure pipeline in LNG terminal,put forward a risk-based inspection and detection method,combined with the existing inspection and detection technology and methods to carry out inspection work;by analyzing the char-acteristics of risk-based inspection technology,the risk assessment of pressure pipeline in LNG terminal can be realized;and two typical detection methods are proposed for the detection of pipeline wall thickness and buried weld defects in LNG receiving sta-tion.The analysis is made from the aspects of principle,applicability and effectiveness.It is believed that the existing inspection and detection methods can realize the inspection and detection of the LNG pipeline,but there are still some limitations,the more effective detection methods need to be studied.
