摘　　要：金属波纹管膨胀节是苏通GIL综合管廊工程的重要组成部分,为了避免制造及检验过程中遇到的普遍问题,根据结构形式不同,介绍了该工程中应用的3种波纹管膨胀节的特点,并介绍了3种波纹管膨胀节在制造过程中的重要制造技术及过程检验等相关内容,该方法可解决波纹管膨胀节在制造及检验过程中所涉及的主要问题,确保制造及检验过程顺利完成。Metal bellows expansion joints is Sutong GIL the important component of the comprehensive utility tunnel engineering.To avoid common problems encountered during manufacturing and inspection,according to the different structural forms,the characteristics of three kinds of bellows expansion joints applied in this project were introduced,and the important manufacturing technology and process inspection of the three kinds of bellows expansion joints in the manufacturing process were intro-duced.This method can solve the expansion joint in the main problems involved in the manufacturing and inspection process,ensure the successful completion of manufacturing and inspection processs.
