摘  要:为明确常用的5种不同类型化学杀虫剂的杀虫效果,本试验采用浸叶法室内测定了对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫48 h的致死中浓度(LC50)和连续96 h的校正死亡率。结果表明,药剂处理48 h后,5种杀虫剂对草地贪夜蛾的毒力为5. 7%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水分散粒剂﹥15%茚虫威悬浮剂﹥2. 5%高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油﹥20%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂﹥10%虱螨脲悬浮剂。通过连续96 h的观测,5. 7%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水分散粒剂(稀释320 000倍)和15%茚虫威悬浮剂(稀释1 000倍)在药剂处理24 h后校正死亡率均在50%以上,药剂处理96 h后校正死亡率均为100%;20%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂(稀释1 000倍) 24~96 h校正死亡率从13. 89%上升到100%;10%虱螨脲悬浮剂(稀释1 000倍) 24~96 h校正死亡率从8. 33%上升到86. 76%;2. 5%高效氯氟氰菊酯乳油(稀释1 000倍) 24~96 h校正死亡率从30. 99%上升到72. 73%。To determine the toxic effects of five different types of common chemical insecticides on larva of Spodoptera frugiperda,the lethal concentration 50(LC50)after 48 hours and the corrected mortalities of 96 hours were determined against the third instar larva of S.frugiperda by leaf dipping method.The results showed that after treated for 48 hours,the toxicity ranking was 5.7%emamectin benzoate WG>15%indoxacarb SC>2.5%lambda-cyhalothrin EC>20%chlorantraniliprole SC>10%lufenuron SC.After 96 hours of continuous observation,the corrected mortality rate of 5.7%emamectin benzoate WG(320000 times dilution)and 15%indoxacarb SC(1000 times dilution)were over 50%after 24 hours,and reached 100%after 96 hours.The corrected mortality rate of 20%chlorantraniliprole SC(1000 times dilution)was 13.89%after 24 hours and 100%after 96 hours.The corrected mortality rate of 10%lufenuron SC(1000 times dilution)was 8.33%after 24 hours and 86.76%after 96 hours.The corrected mortality rate of 2.5%lambda-cyhalothrin EC(1000 times dilution)was 30.99%after 24 hours and 72.73%after 96 hours.
