摘　　要：采用气相色谱(GC)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定了湖北省蕲春县赤龙湖、九棵松村、翁堑村和清水河村4个产地的野生蕲艾叶中桉油精和芦丁含量。结果表明,4个产地的野生蕲艾叶桉油精含量在0. 45%~0. 73%之间,赤龙湖蕲艾叶桉油精含量最高;芦丁含量在0~0. 0182%之间,清水河村的野生蕲艾叶芦丁含量最高(0. 0182%)。本研究结果对野生蕲艾种质资源的评价和利用以及药材质量评价与管理具有重要的参考价值。The main purpose of this study was to provide basic data for better protection and utilization of wild Artemisia argyi germplasm resources,breeding of new varieties and quality evaluation of medicinal materials by determining the contents of eucalyptus and rutin in wild A.argyi from different habitats.The contents of eucalyptol and rutin in wild A.argyi from Chilong Lake,Jiukesong Village,Wengqian Village and Qingshuihe Village in Qichun County were determined by gas chromatography(GC)and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the content of eucalyptol in wild A.argyi from the four areas was between 0.45%and 0.73%,and that from Chilong Lake was the highest.The content of rutin in wild A.argyi from the four areas was between 0 and 0.0182%,and that from Qingshuihe Village was the highest.In conclusion,the contents of eucalyptol and rutin in wild A.argyi from different habitats were different,and these results could provide important references for evaluation and utilization of wild A.argyi.
