摘　　要：基于产业组织理论的SCP范式对山东省果品产业组织结构、行为和绩效进行分析,表明山东省果品产业区域种植集中度较高,产品差异化程度不高,进入退出壁垒相对低,经营规模小,市场价格表现为优质优价,非价格行为多种多样,产业一体化发展缓慢,果农收益逐渐下降。针对山东省果品产业发展现状,提出了集中果树产区,打造优势区域和特色产区;加快土地流转、规模化发展,建立标准化示范园;大力发展果品专业合作社;发展龙头企业等建议。Based on the SCP paradigm of industrial organization theory,we analyzed the organizational structure,behavior and performance of fruit industry in Shandong Province.The results showed that the regional planting concentration of fruit industry was high in Shandong Province,but the degree of product differentiation was not high;the entry and exit barriers were relatively lower;the operation scale was small;the market price list showed high quality and good price,and the non price behavior was diverse;the development of industrial integration behavior was slow,and the growers’earning was falling gradually.In view of the current situation of fruit industry development in Shandong Province,some suggestions were put forward such as centralizing the fruit production areas,creating advantageous areas and characteristic production areas,speeding up land circulation and large-scale development,establishing standardized demonstration parks,vigorously developing fruit professional cooperatives,and developing leading enterprises.
