摘  要:为适应复杂海域情况,确保通信稳定可靠,将基于BDS开发应用于海域环境监测浮标的定位通信装置。该装置以FPGA为主控芯片,集成卫星定位通信模块、备份存储模块等,利用可再生能源太阳能自主供电;配合监测浮标配套上位机软件,完成回传数据的解码和显示。经过720 h实验测试,结果表明,系统通信未出现丢字错字情况;在全天候情况下,北斗短报文总体发送成功率大于86%。该设计方案可在保证定位精度与通信稳定的前提下,减小系统能耗,延长待机时间,提高系统可靠性,保证浮标长期安全可靠地工作。In order to adapt to the complex sea conditions and ensure that communication is stable and reliable,based on RDSS,it developed a kind of communication device for sea environmental monitoring buoy.It used FPGA as the main control chip,integrated satellite positioning communication module and backup storage module and so on,and used the renewable energy-solar energy to supply power independently,cooperated with the host computer software to complete the decoding and display of the return data.After 720 h experimental test,the results show that there was no byte loss or byte disorder was found during com-munication.In the case of all-weather,the overall success rate of Beidou short message's transmission is greater than 86%.The de-sign scheme can reduce system energy consumption,extend standby time,improve system reliability,and ensure that the buoy works safely and reliably for a long time,under the premise of ensuring positioning accuracy and communication stability.
