摘 要:针对SF6分解气中H2S、CO、HF等3种气体进行在线监测,研制基于激光吸收光谱的SF6分解气在线监测装置,提出采用时分复用的方案实现多组分气体同时测量,对激光器的波长参数进行分析并测试。针对近红外波段CO和H2S气体吸收谱线弱的问题,提出独立放大电路方案,研制样机并通入混合组分气体进行验证。根据获得二次谐波曲线和浓度随时间变化曲线表明,该系统目前可以实现的检测限为CO 10 ppm,H2S 4 ppm,HF 1 ppm,可以满足高灵敏度SF6分解气在线监测和故障预警需求。Online monitoring was conducted for H2S,CO,HF and other three gases in SF6 decomposed gas,an on-line moni-toring device of SF6 decomposition gas based on laser absorption spectroscopy was developed,and a scheme of time division multi-plexing was proposed to realize simultaneous measurement of multi-components gases.The wavelength parameters of the laser were analyzed and tested.To solve the problem of weak absorption lines of CO and H2S in the near infrared band,an independent am-plification circuit scheme was proposed.The prototype was developed and verified by mixing component gases.According to the ob-tained second harmonic curves and concentration change curves with time,the detection limits of this system can be achieved at present are CO 10 ppm,H2S 4 ppm and HF 1 ppm,which can meet the needs of online monitoring and warning in power industry.
