摘　　要：PROFINET是工业4.0自动化技术的通信骨干网络,针对Modbus总线无法直接与PROFINET总线通信的问题,设计了一款基于ERTEC200P的PROFINET⁃Modbus通信网关系统,实现了PROFINET总线与Modbus总线之间的数据通信。对系统的软硬件进行了设计,网关支持最大输入输出1440字节,支持Modbus RTU帧格式。搭建了网关测试平台,测试结果表明,网关实现了PROFINET总线与Modbus总线之间的无缝连接,实现了PROFINET数据与Modbus数据的交换。Currently PROFINET is the communication backbone network of Industrial 4.0 automation technology.Aiming at the problem that the Modbus bus can't communicate directly with the PROFINET bus,a PROFINET-Modbus communication gate-way system based on ERTEC200P was designed to realize the data communication between PROFINET bus and Modbus bus.The software and hardware of the system were designed.The gateway supported a maximum input and output of 1440 bytes and sup-ports Modbus RTU frame format.The gateway test platform was built.The test results show that the gateway realizes the seamless connection between PROFINET bus and Modbus bus,and realizes the exchange between PROFINET data and Modbus data.
