摘  要:分析当前工程机械用卷扬平衡阀特点,进行卷扬平衡阀结构提升设计;采用正先导比及双弹簧设计以提升其安全性,主弹簧腔到回油口设定双阻尼提升其控制稳定性及可靠性,优化节流阀芯过流面积以提升其操控性,设定单向阀,在阀芯关闭时能迅速关闭,确保控制可靠性,先导压力油直接作用主阀芯,保证控制稳定情况下更节能,且结构简单;同时进行了轻载及重载工况测试验证,满足卷扬系统控制要求。Taking the winch counterbalance valve for construction machinery as research object,analyzes the characteristics and conduct the improved designs.Adopting positive pilot ratio and double spring to enhance the safety;setting double damping orifices from the main spring chamber to oil return port to improve its control stability and reliability;optimize the flow area of the throttle piston to improve its controllability,by the check valve,when close the counterbalance valve,can quickly closed to ensure the stability,and the pilot pressure acts directly on throttle piston to ensures more energy saving under stable control.Meanwhile,it has been tested and verified under light load and heavy load conditions,the test results meet the control requirements of winch system.
