摘　　要：对斜盘式柱塞泵卡盘的运动学特性进行了分析与推导,得出了斜盘摆角、卡盘圆孔直径、滑履颈部直径、卡盘圆孔分布圆半径和柱塞孔分布圆半径是影响卡盘运动平稳性的主要参数,并通过多体动力学软件仿真论证了相关数学模型的正确性,为斜盘式柱塞泵的结构设计提供了重要参考。Through analyze and deduce the retaining plate kinetic characteristics of swashplate piston pump,obtained that the swashplate angular,the hole diameter of retaining plate,the neck diameter of slipper,the distribution circle radius of the retaining plate hole and the piston hole are the key parameters which can influence the operation stability of the retaining plate,and verify the correctness of the relevant mathematical model base on the multi-body dynamics software.The results can provide an important reference for design of the swashplate piston pump.
