摘　　要：通常加氢精制装置和加氢裂化装置中的分馏塔进料泵、分馏塔底泵、减压塔底泵输送介质为石蜡、柴油、石脑油,工作温度介于310℃~360℃,这3种高温热油泵是装置中的关键设备,由于输送的介质是高温油液,一旦泄漏极易造成火灾事故。热油泵故障停车将导致全厂停车。经过分析发现机械密封冲洗系统和机械密封结构存在一些缺点,通过改进密封结构解决了寿命短的问题,达到了预期寿命。Usually Fractionation Tower feed pump,Fractionation Tower bottom pump,Decompression Tower bottom pump are critical equipment in Hydrofining unit and Hydrocracking unit,and process fluid is Paraffin,diesel,naphtha with high temperature 310-360℃.Since the process medium is high temperature oil,once it leaks,it is easy to cause a fire accident.The failure of the hot oil pump will cause the whole plant to stop.After analysis,we found that the mechanical seal flash system and mechanical seal structure have some shortcomings,and prolonged the seal life by improving the seal structure,and reached the expected life.
