摘　　要：试验为了解新疆石河子地区某规模化猪场猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、2型猪圆环病毒(PCV-2)、O型口蹄疫病毒(FMDV-O)、猪伪狂犬病毒gB蛋白(PRV-gB)、猪伪狂犬病毒gE蛋白(PRV-gE)的抗体水平以及猪伪狂犬野毒(PRV)感染情况,应用ELISA检测技术对随机采集的血样进行了PRRSV、CSFV、PCV-2、FMDV-O、PRV-gB蛋白、PRV-gE蛋白抗体检测。结果显示:PRRSV抗体阳性率为93.84%;CSFV抗体阳性率为78.32%;PCV-2抗体阳性率为70.32%;FMDV-O抗体阳性率为12.50%;PRV-gB蛋白抗体阳性率为89.10%;PRV-gE蛋白抗体阳性率为10.90%。试验结果提供该猪场5种主要常见传染病的整体免疫水平,为进一步制定合理的免疫程序和防制措施提供参考。To investigate the antibodies to several common infectious diseases in a swine farm from Shihezi, Xinjiang Province, the antibodies to porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV), classic swine fever virus(CSFV), porcine circovirus type 2(PCV-2), foot and mouth disease(FMDV), pseudorabies virus gB protein(PRV-gB)and pseudorabies virus gE protein(PRV-gE) were detected via ELISA method. The results showed that the positive rate of PRRSV antibody was 93.84%, the positive rate of CSFV antibody was 78.32%, the positive rate of PCV-2 antibody was 70.32%, the positive rate of FMDV-O antibody was 12.50%, the positive rate of PRV-gB protein antibody was 89.10%, and the antibody positive rate of PRV-gE protein was 10.90%, respectively. The results provided a reference for understanding the overall immune level of the five major infectious diseases in the swine farm, and further developing reasonable immune procedures and control measures.
