综合分析法在特哈杂交选育中的应用

摘　　要：研究旨在揭示哈萨克羊与特克塞尔羊杂交后代体尺性状间的相互作用和内在联系,建立科学鉴定、选育的有效指标和回归方程。以伊犁地区1169只6月龄哈萨克羊与特克塞尔羊杂交后代为试验对象,对其进行相关性分析、聚类分析、主成分分析和逐步多元回归分析。结果表明:特哈杂交后代各体尺性状间呈现出极显著相关(P<0.01)。聚类分析结果表明,10个性状可分为Ⅶ类,主成分分析结果可分为主成分Y 1(围度因子)、主成分Y 2(躯体因子)和主成分Y 3(高度因子)3个主成分指标,累计贡献率达到了63.89%。最佳回归方程中选取了6个性状指标,对体重可进行精准且简单的估算。通过对特哈杂交后代的综合分析明确了胸围作为重要的选育指标,同时兼顾其性状和非遗传因素的影响。The study was aim to reveal the interaction and internal relationship between the body size traits of Kazak sheep and Texel sheep,and established effective indexes and regression equations for scientific identification and breeding.1169 six-month-old Kazakh sheep and Texel sheep were selected experimental subjects in Yili area,carried out the correlation analysis,cluster analysis,principal component analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis.The results showed that there was a extremely significant correlation between the body size traits of Teha hybrid progenies(P<0.01).The cluster analysis showed that the traits could be divided into seven categories.The principal component analysis results could be divided into three principal component indexes:Y 1(girth factor),Y 2(body factor)and Y 3(height factor),the cumulative contribution rate reached 63.89%.Six character indexes were selected in the optimal regression equation,which can be accurately and simply estimate the body weight.Through the comprehensive analysis of Teha hybrid progenies,it was clear that chest circumference an important breeding index,as the same we were taken into others traits and non genetic factors.
