特制足浴方对难治性高血压的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察特制足浴方治疗难治性高血压病的临床效果。方法:90例难治性高血压患者随机分为观察组Ⅰ、观察组Ⅱ和对照组各30例。观察组Ⅰ在常规降压药物和护理后血压恢复至140/90 mmHg之后,采用特制降压足浴方治疗;观察组Ⅱ在常规降压药物和护理的基础上一开始即用特制降压足浴方治疗,方法与观察组Ⅰ相同;对照组仅采用常规降压药物和护理,不作其他处理。疗程为8周。结果:观察组Ⅰ的显效率及总有效率分别为63.33%、86.66%,观察组Ⅱ分别为70%、90%,明显高于对照组的36.66%、70%,与对照组比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:特制足浴方治疗难治性高血压病的临床效果显著。Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of special foot bath recipe on refractory hypertension.Methods:90 patients with refractory hypertension were randomly divided into observation group Ⅰ,observation group Ⅱ and control group,each with 30 cases.Observation group Ⅰ was treated with special antihypertensive foot bath prescription after the blood pressure recovered to 140/90mmHg after routine antihypertensive drugs and nursing;On the basis of routine antihypertensive drugs and nursing care,observation group Ⅱ was treated with special antihypertensive foot bath prescription at the beginning,and the method was the same as that of observation group Ⅰ The control group received only routine antihypertensive drugs and nursing care,and no other treatment.The course of treatment is 8 weeks.Results:The effective rate and total effective rate of observation group I were 63.33% and 86.66% respectively,while those of observation group Ⅱ were 70% and 90% respectively,which were significantly higher than those of control group(36.66% and 70%),and compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The special foot bath prescription has remarkable clinical effect on refractory hypertension.
