愈疡汤保留灌肠+美沙拉嗪栓塞肛对大肠湿热型直肠型溃疡性结肠炎症状改善及GIQLI评分的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察愈疡汤保留灌肠+美沙拉嗪栓塞肛治疗大肠湿热型直肠型溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法:选取我院2016年6月―2019年12月诊治的65例大肠湿热型直肠型溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,简单随机化分为对照组(32例)和观察组(33例)。对照组采取美沙拉嗪栓塞肛治疗,观察组采取愈疡汤保留灌肠+美沙拉嗪栓塞肛治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后中医证候积分及胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)评分。结果:治疗1个月后,观察组的总有效率为93.94%(31/33),明显高于对照组的71.88%(23/32)(P<0.05);观察组腹泻、腹痛、脓血便积分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组GIQLI评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:愈疡汤保留灌肠+美沙拉嗪栓塞肛治疗大肠湿热型直肠型溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,可明显减轻临床症状,改善生活质量。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Yuyang decoction retention enema with mesalazine suppository anal on patients with large intestine damp-heat type rectal ulcerative colitis.Methods:65 patients with large intestine damp-heat type rectal ulcerative colitis from June 2016 to December 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(33 cases).The control group was treated with mesalamine for embolization,and the observation group was treated with Yuyang decoction retention enema with mesalazine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and GIQLI scores were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%(31/33)higher than that of the control group(71.88%(23/32)).After 1 month of treatment,the scores of diarrhea,abdominal pain and pus and blood in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After 1 month of treatment,the GIQLI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yuyang decoction retention enema wiht mesalazine suppository anal therapy is effective in the treatment of large intestine damp-heat type rectal ulcerative colitis,which can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.
