摘　　要：目的:研发一款新型的中草药牙膏的中药添加组合。方法:根据中医病因辨证理论,选用药食两用中药材的江香薷配伍杭菊花、金银花,与黄芪一起形成一款新的中草药牙膏添加物,然后观察该添加物的抗菌作用,增加愈合作用以及对牙周炎大鼠牙槽骨吸收的影响。结果:整个组合通过配伍使牙膏添加物有很好的抗菌作用,能加快口腔溃疡愈合和缓解牙周炎的牙槽骨过度吸收作用。结论:使用本中药组合,能有效防治因口腔细菌失调或某些致病菌导致的口腔疾病,口腔护理效果显著,是制备中草药牙膏的比较好的中草药添加物。Objective:To study a new toothpaste combination with Chinese herbal medicine.Method:Jiangxiangru,Astragalus,Hangbaiju and Honeysuckle are combined with a toothpaste combination in a certain proportion according to the theory of Chinese medicine compatibilitys.Evaluation of the antibacterial effect of this additive through antibacterial experiments.Observe whether the combination has the effect of promoting oral ulcer healing through the oral ulcer model.Learn more about whether this Chinese medicine group can improve the effect of alveolar bone resorption in experimental periodontitis rats.Results:Through the combination,the toothpaste additive has a good antibacterial effect,which can accelerate the healing of oral ulcers and relieve the excessive absorption of alveolar bone of periodontitis.Conclusion:Using this Chinese medicine combination can effectively prevent oral diseases caused by oral bacterial imbalance or certain pathogenic bacteria.The oral care effect is remarkable,and it is a good Chinese herbal medicine additive for preparing Chinese herbal medicine toothpaste.
