摘  要:目的:寻找中医定向生培养影响因素,旨在培养“下得去,用得上,留得住”的中医全科人才。方法:对2016级、2017级、2018级中医定向生进行问卷调查,对个别师生进行深度访谈,归纳中医定向生的学习情况、基层服务意愿现状。结果:中医定向生履约率高,但多源于政策压力;定向生缺乏持续服务基层的热情,多因基层条件限制;定向生学习动力不足,学校全科人才培养有待完善。结论:通过增加对定向生职业价值的宣传与教育、改善基层硬件条件及人才支持、提升学校全科医学教育质量,解决基层全科医生培养遇到的现实困难。Objective:To explore factors influencing the orientation of TCM students,and cultivate TCM talents who can serve primary health care institutions gladly and continuously.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on the 2016,2017,and 2018 grade TCM students,and in-depth interviews were conducted with individual teachers and students.And this paper summarized the current situation of learning and grassroots service willingness of TCM students.Results:The rate of TCM-oriented performance was high,but it was mostly due to policy pressure.The lack of enthusiasm for continuous service at the grassroots level was mostly due to the limitation of grassroots conditions.The motivation of directional students was insufficient,and the training of general personnel in schools needed to be improved.Conclusion:To solve the practical difficulties encountered in the training of general practitioners at the grassroots level by increasing the propaganda and education of targeted occupational value and improving grassroots hardware conditions and talent support and the quality of general medical education in schools.
