非离子表面活性剂在家用自动洗碗机用洗涤剂中的应用探究

摘　　要：研究了5种非离子表面活性剂在家用洗碗机用洗涤剂中的实际应用,以密胺材质的餐具作为测试餐具,以清除污垢的性能、无膜痕(光亮)性能、泡沫性能和催干性能作为洗涤剂的评价指标。结果表明,添加非离子表面活性剂ECOSURF LF-45配方具有优秀的清除污垢能力,添加DOWFAX 20B102配方表现出优秀的无留痕清洗性能,它们都非常适用于多效合一的家用自动洗碗机洗涤剂配方。The paper studied the application of five types of nonionic surfactants in household dishwashing detergent by adopting melamine tableware as testing tool to evaluate the performances of detergent on removing soil,no mark(brightness),foaming and drying capability.The results showed that the formula with nonionic surfactant ECOSURF LF-45 had excellent soil removing performance,and the formula with DOWFAX 20B102 had excellent brightness performance,both of which are suitable for the multifunctional formula of household dishwashing detergent.
