摘　　要：介绍了影响自动洗碗机清洗效果的因素(洗涤对象、食品污渍、洗涤工艺),描述了自动洗碗机的去污机理,详细阐述了自动洗碗机专用洗涤剂的剂型、配方组成及性能,展望了自动洗碗机专用洗涤剂的技术发展趋势。The factors that affect the cleaning effect of automatic dishwasher are introduced,such as the nature of dishware surface,nature of stain substance,conditions of use.The detergency mechanism of automatic dishwasher is described.The form of product,composition of formulation and performance of automatic dishwashing detergent are expounded.The development trend of automatic dishwashing detergents are prospected.
