摘　　要：针对目前一箭多星发射微小卫星在构型设计中对部件工作环境、结构质量等影响整星性能的因素考虑较少的问题,提出了一种一箭多星发射的微小卫星构型设计方法。为保证飞行任务完成、提高整星性能、降低研制难度,该方法从在轨构型设计、发射构型设计、结构设计优化三个层次开展卫星构型设计,分阶段对总体布局、散热面、结构机构配置、星箭接口等进行设计优化。此外,针对一箭多星发射卫星构型多样化的特点,提出了构型效能评价方法,可对不同构型方案进行量化对比。经相关任务的设计验证表明:利用此方法进行的一箭六星发射的卫星构型设计结果,通过采用新颖的多面体、无展开机构构型,可最大程度保证整星的整体性能。A microsatellites configuration design method for multi-satellite launching is proposed,taking the working environment of components,structural quality and other factors that affect the performance of the entire satellite into consideration.In order to ensure the completion of the flight mission,improve the performance of the entire satellite,and reduce the difficulty of development,this method carries out the satellite configuration design from three levels,on-orbit configuration design,launch configuration design,and structural design optimization.The overall layout,heat dissipation surface,structural mechanism configuration,and design optimization of satellite and rocket interface,etc.are optimized by stages.Finally,in view of the characteristics of the multi-satellite launching configuration,a configuration performance evaluation method is proposed,which can quantitatively compare different configuration schemes.The design verification of related tasks shows that the satellite configuration design results of 6-satellite launching using this method can ensure the overall performance of the satellite by adopting a configuration of polyhedron without deployable mechanism.
