摘 要:面对我国航天器高强密度的研制发射任务形势,为提高航天器研制质量评审的效率和效果,文章紧密围绕航天器发射场质量确认制的探索与实践,以某卫星实施发射场质量确认制的具体实践过程为例,分析了传统航天器发射场评审工作现状和问题,梳理总结了航天器发射场质量确认制的体系架构、主要做法和实践成效,旨在推动发射场质量管理责任主体更加明确,过程质量控制更加及时、有效,质量评审效率和效益持续提升,以有力支撑我国航天器科研生产管理模式优化升级。Facing the situation of high-density research and launch missions of domestic spacecraft,it is urgent to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of spacecraft development quality review.This article focuses on the recent exploration and practice of the Launch Site Quality Confirmation System(LSQCS)for spacecraft.Taking the specific practice process of a satellite’s LSQCS as an example,this paper analyzes the status and problems of the traditional technical review for spacecraft launch site.In addition,it summarizes the architecture,main practice and practical results of the LSQCS for spacecraft,so as to make the responsibility for launch site quality management more clearly.Moreover,it is expected that quality control in the process will be more timely and effective,and the efficiency and effectiveness of quality review will continue to improve,accordingly,supporting the optimization and upgrading of the spacecraft research and production management model.
