摘 要:喀麦隆Mekin水电站工程地处热带雨林气候区,具有来水流量较大、水头较低、水库调节库容小、下游河道抗冲刷较弱的特点。为解决大流量下传统消能设施结构布置复杂、投资较大的设计难题,本工程通过溢流坝下游消能方式比选,成功运用台阶消能的原理,取消了坝下消能设施,节省了大量工程投资,下游消能问题得到圆满解决,可供类似工程参考。Cameroon Mekin Hydropower Station Project is located in the tropical rain forest climate area.It has the characteristics of large inflow,low head,small regulated reservoir capacity and weak resistance to erosion in the downstream channel.The principle of stepped energy dissipation is successfully applied through overflow dam downstream energy dissipation method comparison in the paper in order to solve the design difficulties of complex structure layout and large investment of traditional energy dissipation facilities under large flow.The energy dissipation facilities under the dam are canceled,thereby saving a large amount of engineering investment.Downstream energy dissipation problem is satisfactorily solved.The design methods can be used for reference in the similar projects.
