摘　　要：为配合南水北调中线干线工程排空检修,做好大宁调蓄水库高水位蓄水期间的保障工作,水库管理部门积极筹划、周密部署,从组织保障、工程运行管理、调度运行管理、值班值守、应急保障管理、后勤保障及环境卫生管理等几方面着手,采取了一系列措施,有效地保证了水库运行安全,可为其他水库高水位运行管理工作提供有益的参考。The reservoir management departments actively plan and deploy carefully in order to cooperate with the emptying maintenance in main route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project,and complete the security work during the high water level storage in Daning Regulating Reservoir.A series of measures are adopted to effectively guarantee the safe operation of the reservoir from the aspects of organizational guarantee,project operating management,scheduling operation management,duty,emergency safeguard management,logistics guarantee,environmental health management,etc.And the paper can provide beneficial reference for high water level running management in other reservoirs.
