关于做好铁路工程质量内部监督工作的几点思考

摘　　要：铁路工程质量监督是规范铁路建设依法合规的重要手段,为实现我国铁路高质量发展发挥了不可替代的作用。为了做好新形势下的铁路工程质量监督工作,从微观监督的角度,从监督机构目标定位、监督工作核心要义、检查行动、监督惩治、队伍建设5个方面提出了具有指导性和实用性的建议。The quality supervision of railway projects is an important means to regulate railway construction compliance according to law,and plays an irreplaceable role in the realization of the high-quality development of Railways in China. In order to do a good job in the new situation of railway engineering quality supervision,from the perspective of micro-supervision,this paper puts forward suggestions with guidance and practicality from the five aspects of the target orientation of the supervisory body,the core meaning of supervision work,the inspection action,the supervision and punishment,and the construction of the team.
