摘　　要：分析当前形势下建筑市场和质量监督工作的现状,阐述在新形式下开展工程实体质量监督检测的重要性和必要性,对监督检测的主要项目、方法以及监督检测结果不合格处理方法进行探讨,指出加强监督检测是提高监督执法检查工作质量和效率,规范建筑市场秩序,验证工程质量,促进各方责任主体自觉履行质量管理职责的一种有效、重要监督手段。This paper analyzes the present situation of construction market and quality supervision work under the current situation,expounds the importance and necessity of carrying out quality supervision and inspection of engineering entities under the new form,discusses the main items,methods and methods of unqualified treatment of supervision and inspection results,and points out that strengthening supervision and inspection is an effective and important means to improve the quality and efficiency of supervision and law enforcement inspection,standardize the order of construction market,verify the quality of the project,and promote the responsible subjects of all parties to consciously perform their duties of quality management.
