摘 要:目的观察人参果皂苷联合九里香叶总黄酮对大鼠糖尿病性心肌病的保护作用。方法通过高糖高脂饮食伴小剂量链脲佐菌素建立大鼠糖尿病性心肌病模型,测定大鼠血清糖脂代谢和炎性因子以及心肌组织氧化应激等参数。结果人参果皂苷联合九里香叶总黄酮可使糖尿病性心肌病大鼠空腹血糖值(FBG)及血清糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)均明显降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)明显升高,并可使大鼠心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性明显提高,丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子-Z(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)含量明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论人参果皂苷联合九里香叶总黄酮对大鼠糖尿病性心肌病具有保护作用,可能通过增强抗氧化酶活性,减轻自由基对心肌的氧化损伤,调节糖脂代谢及炎症反应等有关。Objective To investigate protective effect of Ginseng fruit saponins(GFS)combined with Total flavonoids of murraya paniculata leaves(TFMP)on diabetic cardiomyopathy in rats.Methods The diabetic cardiomyopathy model was induced by a high-sugar,high-fat diet with low doses of streptozotocin in rats.The parameters of glycolipid metabolism,inflammatory factors and myocardial tissue oxidative stress etc were determined in rats.Results In rats treated by GFS combined with TFMP,the fasting blood glucose(FBG)and Serum glycosylated serum protein(GSP),creatine-MB(CK-MB),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were significantly reduced,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was significantly increased.At same time,the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)were significantly increased,and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were significantly reduced in myocardial tissue(P<0.05或P<0.01).Conclusion GFS combined with TFMP have protective effect on diabetic cardiomyopathy in rats by increasing antioxidant enzyme activity,mitigating the oxidative damage of free radicals to the myocardium,regulating glycolipid metabolism and inflammation etc.
