摘　　要：在信息化飞速发展的环境下,利用信息技术提高企业管理效率和管理水平,提升企业核心竞争力,已经成为国家和企业关注的热点。ERP系统作为企业信息化架构中最基础和核心的系统,是企业顶层设计和战略目标实现的重要支撑和管控手段,是集团公司规范业务流程、加强业务集中管控、防范重大风险等工作的有力抓手和必然选择。本文阐述了国家能源集团ERP系统建设实践与成效,为大型集团企业ERP系统建设提供参考和借鉴。Under the background of rapid development of informationization,application of information tech⁃nology to improve enterprise management efficiency and level and enhance the core competitiveness of enter⁃prises has become a major concern of countries and enterprises.As the most basic and core system in the enterprise information-based architecture,ERP system is the important support and control means for achiev⁃ing top-level design and strategic objectives of enterprises,and the important working point and inevitable choice of group enterprises for standardizing business processes,strengthening centralized business control,preventing major risks,etc.This article introduces the practice and achievements of ERP system construction of CHN Energy,which serves as the reference for ERP system construction of large group enterprises.
