摘 要:为探究三维机织玄武岩纤维热塑性复合材料的结构对力学性能的影响,通过合理设计,以玄武岩长丝纱为经纱、聚酰胺长丝纱包缠玄武岩长丝纱为纬纱,在普通小样织机上织造正交结构、分层结构和贯穿角联锁结构的三维机织物;再采用热压成型工艺分别制备三种三维机织玄武岩纤维热塑性复合材料;然后对三维机织玄武岩纤维热塑性复合材料的拉伸、压缩、耐冲击性能进行测试和分析。结果表明正交结构的三维机织玄武岩纤维热塑性复合材料的拉伸性能最好;贯穿角联锁结构的三维机织玄武岩纤维热塑性复合材料的压缩性能最好;三维机织玄武岩纤维热塑性复合材料纬向承受的冲击强度高于经向,且分层结构的三维机织玄武岩纤维热塑性复合材料的耐冲击性能最好。In order to explore the effect of the structure of three-dimensional woven thermoplastic composites with basalt fibers on mechanical properties,the three-dimensional woven fabrics with orthogonal structure,layered structure and perforated angle interlock structure were woven on the ordinary sample looms through reasonable design,with basalt filament yarn as warp and polyamide filament yarn wrapped basalt filament yarn as weft.Then three kinds of three-dimensional woven thermoplastic composites with basalt fibers were prepared by the hot pressing process.And then the tensile property,compression property,impact resistance of three-dimensional woven thermoplastic composites with basalt fibers were tested and analyzed.The results showed that,the three-dimensional woven thermoplastic composites with basalt fibers with orthogonal structure had the best tensile property,the three-dimensional woven thermoplastic composites with basalt fibers with perforated angle interlock structure had the best compression property,the zonal impact strength of three-dimensional woven thermoplastic composites with basalt fibers was higher than that of the meridional impact strength,and the three-dimensional woven thermoplastic composites with basalt fibers with layered structure had the best impact resistance.
