摘 要:以磷虾蛋白(AKP)溶液为增塑剂对聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶胀后熔融纺丝,制备聚乙烯醇/磷虾蛋白(PVA/AKP)纤维,再将纤维浸泡在Xr-202溶液中10 h,然后在120℃下进行干燥、热处理,制得Xr-202交联的熔纺PVA/AKP纤维。研究Xr-202溶液质量分数对熔纺PVA/AKP纤维性能的影响。结果表明经Xr-202交联的熔纺PVA/AKP纤维的结晶度、拉伸断裂强度和热分解温度均有提高,吸水率降低。当Xr-202溶液质量分数为3%时,Xr-202交联的熔纺PVA/AKP纤维的拉伸断裂强度最大,为3.55 cN/dtex,较未交联的熔纺PVA/AKP纤维提高了96.6%。The polyvinyl alcohol/krill protein(PVA/AKP)fibers were prepared by melt spinning with PVA which was swelled by krill protein(AKP)aqueous solution as plasticizer.Then the fibers were dipped into Xr-202 solution for 10 hours,then dried and heat-treated at 120℃to prepare Xr-202 crosslinked melt-spun PVA/AKP fibers.The effect of Xr-202 solution mass fraction on the properties of melt-spun PVA/AKP fiber was studied.The results showed that,the crystallinity,tensile breaking strength and thermal decomposition temperature of melt-spun PVA/AKP fibers which were cross-linked by Xr-202 improved,and the water absorption decreased.When the Xr-202 solution mass fraction was 3%,the tensile breaking strength of Xr-202 crosslinked melt-spun PVA/AKP fibers was maximum,3.55 cN/dtex,which was 96.6%higher than that of the uncross-linked melt-spun PVA/AKP fibers.
