摘 要:选取两种线密度的纱线织造两种经纱密度的间隔织物,再对其进行聚氨酯泡沫填充和树脂基体复合后,制备间隔织物复合材料。对它们进行三点弯曲性能测试与有限元仿真模拟。结果表明经纱线密度增加,间隔织物复合材料的抗弯曲性能增强;经纱密度增加,间隔织物复合材料的抗弯曲性能下降。经纱线密度对间隔织物复合材料抗弯曲性能的影响较经纱密度大。有限元弯曲强度模拟值与试验实测值基本一致,故可用有限元分析方法直接模拟间隔织物复合材料的三点弯曲性能。Two kinds of linear density yarns were selected to weave two kinds of warp density spacer fabrics,then spacer fabric composites were prepared after filling polyurethane foam and compounding resin matrix.The three-point bending performance test and finite element simulation were carried out.The results showed that,with the increase of the warp linear density,the bending resistance of the spacer fabric composites enhanced,while with the increase of warp density,the bending resistance of the spacer fabric composites decreased.And the warp linear density had a greater effect on the bending resistance of the spacer fabric composites than the warp density.The simulated value of the bending strength by finite element analysis method was basically consistent with the measured value,so the finite element analysis method could be used to directly simulate the three-point bending performance of the spacer fabric composites.
