摘 要:采用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)乳液对聚酰亚胺纤维(P84)/超细玻璃纤维复合针刺滤料进行表面改性,以提高滤料的过滤性能和力学性能。研究不同质量分数PTFE乳液对P84/超细玻璃纤维复合针刺滤料各项性能的影响。结果表明随着PTFE乳液质量分数的提高,P84/超细玻璃纤维复合针刺滤料的孔径分布趋向于正态分布且区域变窄,孔隙分布更加均匀;透气率略有下降;过滤效率明显增加,过滤阻力小幅度增加,综合品质因子增大;断裂强力提高,但断裂伸长率增加不明显。综合考虑PTFE乳液改性的P84/超细玻璃纤维复合针刺滤料的过滤性能、生产成本及使用寿命等因素,用于改性处理的PTFE乳液质量分数应低于14%,以保证过滤阻力在限值50.00 Pa以内。Polyimide(P84)/superfine glass fiber composite needle-punched filter material was modified by polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)emulsion to improve the filtration and mechanical performance of the filter material.The influence of different PTFE emulsion mass fractions on the properties of P84/superfine glass fiber composite needle-punched filter material was researched.The results showed that,with the increase of the mass fraction of PTFE emulsion,the pore size distribution of the P84/superfine glass fiber composite needle-punched filter material tended to be normal distribution,and the distribution area became narrower,the pore distribution was more uniform.The air permeation rate decreased slightly.The filtration efficiency increased significantly,the filtration resistance increased slightly,and the comprehensive quality factor increased.The breaking strengths improved while the breaking elongation increased insignificantly.Considering the filtration performance,production cost and service life of the P84/superfine glass fiber composite needle-punched filter material modified by the PTFE emulsion,the mass fraction of PTFE emulsion used for modification should be less than 14%to ensure the filtration resistance within the limit of 50.00 Pa.
