摘　　要：目的:观察分析侧卧位分娩联合无创镇痛对经产妇第二产程的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年6月本院收治的200例经产妇,按护理方法不同随机分为实验组(应用侧卧位分娩联合无创镇痛护理方法)100例,和对照组(传统仰卧膀胱截石位分娩护理方法)100例。比较两组经产妇第二产程时间、产后出血量、分娩方式(自然分娩、剖宫产)以及疼痛程度(轻度、中度、重度)。结果:实验组经产妇第二产程时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),实验组经产妇产后出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),实验组经产妇自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组经产妇剖宫产发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组经产妇中度、重度等疼痛发生例数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:侧卧位分娩联合无创镇痛方式能够显著缩短经产妇第二产程时间,降低疼痛程度、产后出血量和剖宫产发生率,提高自然分娩率。Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of side-lying delivery combined with non-invasive analgesia on the second stage of labor.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,200 parturients were admitted to our hospital.According to different nursing methods,they were randomly divided into two groups:The experimental group(100 cases using the side-lying position delivery combined with non-invasive analgesia)and the control group(100 cases using the traditional bladder stone-cutting position delivery).The second stage of labor,postpartum hemorrhage,delivery mode(spontaneous delivery,cesarean section)and pain degree(mild,moderate,severe)were compared between the two groups.Results:The second stage of labor in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),the spontaneous delivery rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the cesarean section rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the moderate and severe pain rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Side-lying delivery combined with non-invasive analgesia can significantly shorten the second stage of labor,reduce the degree of pain,postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of cesarean section,improve the natural delivery rate.
