摘　　要：目的:探讨聚焦解决模式对脑卒中患者希望水平的影响。方法:2017年9月—2017年12月,选择在赣州市某三级甲等医院神经内科二个病区98例患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法选择一个病区为对照组,另一个病区为实验组,各49例。对照组患者采用常规护理方式进行干预,实验组患者在常规护理基础上采用聚集解决模式进行干预。采用脑卒中自我效能量表、Barthel指数量表、Herth希望量表对两组患者干预前后进行测量。结果:运用聚焦解决模式干预后,对两组患者自我管理维度和总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者Barthel指数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在希望水平的三个维度和总分上,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者干预前后希望水平比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-5.505,P<0.001)。结论:采用聚集解决模式对脑卒中患者进行护理干预,可以明显提高脑卒中患者的自我效能感、日常生活能力和希望水平。Objective:To evaluate the effect of solution focused approach on the level of hope in patients after stroke.Methods:Totally 98 stroke patients were divided into two groups during September to December,2017.Traditional nursing mode was implemented in the control group,while solution focused approach was applied in the experimental group.The outcomes were evaluated using the herth scale at the time of admission,discharge and the fourth weekend of discharge.Results:After intervention,The self efficacy scores of in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the barthel index scores in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the herth scores in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on solution focused approach can improve the level of the self efficacy and hope in stroke patients.
