运用血液净化组合模式抢救2例砷化氢中毒的救治体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性砷化氢中毒患者运用血液净化组合模式的救治要点,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生存率。方法:回顾分析2例急性砷化氢中毒患者的救治与护理经验,积极控制溶血,血液滤过+血浆置换,血液滤过+血液灌流,严密观察患者病情,帮助减少患者肾功能的损害,促进早日康复。结果:2例患者在经过早期及时规范的血液净化组合模式治疗和精心护理,均好转出院。结论:早期应用血液净化组合模式治疗急性砷化氢中毒患者,及时识别相关并发症并做好相应处理,可有效改善患者预后,帮助患者早日康复。Objective:To discuss the main points of treatment of patients with acute arsenic poisoning using the combined mode of blood purification to reduce complications and to improve the survival rate of patients.Methods:Reviewed and analyzed the treatment and nursing experience of two patients with acute arsine poisoning,active control of hemolysis,hemofiltration+plasma replacement.The patients'conditions were closely monitored by blood filtration+blood perfusion,which helped to reduce the impairment of renal function and promote early recovery.Results:Two patients were discharged from the hospital after early and standardized blood purification combination mode treatment and careful care.Conclusion:Early application of blood purification combination mode of treatment of patients with acute arsine poisoning,timely identification of relevant complications and good corresponding treatment can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and help them recover soon.
