摘　　要：髂前上棘(anterior superior iliac spine,ASIS)撕脱骨折是青少年髂部疼痛的常见病因,若不及时接受合理的治疗会渐变为慢性疼痛、感觉障碍甚至骨不连。从镇痛、屈髋外展支具制动等保守治疗,到克氏针、缝线、螺钉、张力带钢丝、钢板、微创经皮可吸收螺钉内固定等治疗方法不断创新。本文通过检索国内外文献,对ASIS撕脱骨折的治疗进展进行综述,以期为临床工作提供参考。Avulsion fracture of the anterior superior iliac spine(anterior superior iliac spine,ASIS)is a common cause of iliac pain in adolescents.Failure to receive reasonable treatment in time will gradually become chronic pain,sensory disturbance,and even nonunion.From analgesia,flexion hip abduction support brake and other conservative treatment,to Kirschner needle,suture,screw,tension band wire,steel plate,minimally invasive percutaneous absorbable screw internal fixation and other treatment methods are constantly innovative.By searching the literature at home and abroad,this article reviews the treatment progress of ASIS avulsion fracture in order to provide reference for clinical performance.
