摘 要:在同时具有热水供热的采暖热负荷和工业蒸汽负荷需求的工程中,常规采暖型单背压机组无法在非采暖期抽出工业蒸汽,因此需要设置不同类型的汽轮机来分别满足两种供热需求,增加了检修维护的难度。为解决该矛盾,在非再热式汽轮机基础上提出一种带有离合器的分缸型双背压供热汽轮机,即通过在高压缸和低压缸之间加装自动同步离合器,可实现两个缸体的在线同步或解列。采暖期双缸联合运行,非采暖期低压缸解列,可较好解决供汽矛盾。In the district-heating&power-generation combined project with both hot-water and industrial steam supply duty,the conventional single-back pressure turbine can't supply industrial steam in non-heating season,then different type turbines have to be equipped for the two heating duty.It needs more spare parts and make the maintainance more difficult.To resolve this problem,this article to propose a Non-reheat back-pressure type turbine equipped with selfsynchronization clutch between two cylinder for steam supply,the clutch can self-shift between joint and split mode online.The two cylinder shall operate together in heating season and the LP cylinder stop in non-heating season,it can resolve the above mentioned contradiction.
