摘 要:基于江苏沿海深厚软土工程特性,选取技术可行性、设计安全性、施工工期、施工质量管控、环境影响、工程造价和后期运维这7个影响地基处理方案的评价指标,将层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)与模糊综合评价法(fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,FCE)相结合,建立地基处理方案选型的多层次分析综合模糊评判模型。与传统的选型方法相比,该方法考虑因素更全面,精细化计算过程更合理。该模型在连云港地区某变电站地基处理选型中取得了良好的应用效果,直接降低了地基处理造价。Basing on the engineering characteristics of deep soft soil in coastal area of Jiangsu province,this paper has selected seven evaluation indicators that affect the foundation treatment scheme as follows:technical feasibility,design safety,construction period,construction quality control,environmental impact,project cost and operating maintenance.By joint utilization of AHP and FCE,a multi-level analysis and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model is built for conducting selection of foundation treatment.Comparing to traditional selection methods,this method has covered more factors,and the calculation process is more rational and elaborative.In a substation project located in Lianyungang in Jiangsu province,the model has been applied and achieved good practical effect.And the foundation treatment cost of the project has been reduced.The research results can provide references for the selection of foundation treatment for similar substation projects in this area.
