江苏省校园无障碍环境建设的现状研究

摘　　要：基于2017年江苏省“全国残疾人基本服务状况和需求信息数据动态更新”中校园无障碍设施调查资料,运用统计分析方法,对江苏省校园无障碍环境建设状况加以分析。研究发现,苏南地区校园无障碍环境建设水平较高,而苏北地区较低;校园无障碍环境建设与地区经济发展水平间具有一定的联系;96个县级行政区划中,21个县(市、区)校园无障碍建设水平较高,12个县(市、区)较低。由此提出提升江苏省校园无障碍环境建设水平的对策建议。According to the survey data from the construction of barrier-free facilities in schools in the“2017 Dynamic Update of National Basic Services Status and Demand Information for Persons with Disabilities”,the situation of the barrier-free environment of campus construction in Jiangsu province is analyzed by using statistical analysis methods.The study found that the level of barrier-free campus construction in southern Jiangsu is higher,but that of northern Jiangsu is lower.There is a certain relationshipcorrelation between the construction of barrier-free environment on campus and the level of regional economic development.Among the 96 county-level administrative divisions in Jiangsu province,21 counties(cities,districts)have higher levels of barrier-free campus construction,and 12 counties(cities,districts)have the lower levels.Based on the results of the above analysis,suggestions for improving the level of barrier-free construction in Jiangsu province’s campus are proposed.
