摘 要:杂多酸催化合成尼泊金丁酯一直是人们研究的热点,我们用乙醚萃取法首先合成Keggin型结构的12-硅钨酸(H4Si W12O40),再以对羟基苯甲酸和正丁醇为原料,用12-硅钨酸为催化剂酯化合成尼泊金丁酯。经过一系列的实验,探索反应的最佳条件,结果表明:当醇与酸的比例为4:1,催化剂用量为醇质量的5%,反应时间为4小时,收率在92%以上。Heteropolyacid catalytic synthesis of Butylparaben has been a focus for researchers all the time. First of all,we used extraction with ether to synthesize the Keggin structure of 12-silicon tungstate( H4 Si W12 O40),and then with p-hydroxybenzoic acid and n-butanol as raw material,12-silicon tungsten acid as a catalyst esterification synthesis of Butylparaben. After a series of experiments to explore the optimal reaction conditions,the results showed that: when the ratio of alcohol to acid is 4: 1,the amount of catalyst is 5% of the mass of alcohol,the reaction time is 4 hours,the yield is more than 92%.
